360 درجه حستجو کنید

اگر شمابه سطح آب آمدید و قایق را ندیدید، در یک دایره کامل بچرخید و در خط افق برای دیدن خشکی، قایقهای دیگر و یا هرچیزی که بتوانید به آن متصل شوید جستجو کنید. اگر مکان امن نزدیک شما بود وزنه های خود را رها نموده و برای شنای روی سطح آب آماده شوید. اما به یاد داشته باشید که ماسک، رگلاتور و اسنورکل خود را حفظ نمائید.

سیگنال بفرستید

انرژی خود را ذخیره نمائید

گرم بمانید

حتی با وت سوت، گذراندن زمان در آب می تواند گرمای بدن شما را کاهش دهد. شما میتوانید گرمای بدن خود را با بغل کردن زانوان خود در سینه ذخیره نمائید.

آرامشتان را حفظ کنید ولی برای مبارزه آماده باشید

نه تنها دست و پا زدن زیاد میتواند باعث غرق شدگی شود بلکه کوسه ها را نیز به سمت شما جلب میکند. نفس عمیق بکشید و حرکات کنترل شده داشته باشد. اگر کوسه ها آمدند و خودشان را نشان دادند آماده کوبیدن مشت برای دور کردن آنها باشید.
